Parents with Prospects™ GRADS has been developed support drop-out prevention and to meet all of the GRADS (Ohio Graduation, Reality And Dual-role Skills (GRADS) Program) standards and its descriptors.

Parents with Prospects™ is a training program for Parents and Parents to be which is a mix of teacher led delivery, self-paced learning.

The program uses unique and inspiring session packets which are cross walked to the GRADS standards. Each unit is designed to engage and motivate students to learn and develop in all areas of parenting and life skills.

The information is based on the most respected parenting practice theories and these are illustrated and embedded in the learning assignments. The knowledge gained prepares students to be effective and competent moms and dads ready to face the challenges of bringing up children in 21st century America.

The student packets have been carefully created and written to effectively meet all the necessary requirements and provide the students with an informative handbook that they can keep as a future reference tool.

Unit 5 Nurturing Healthy Children and Establishing Healthy Families (approx. 200 pages)

  • Developmental milestones
  • Parenting skills
  • Nutrition and fitness
