Restart Scheme
Stepping into work, whether for the first time or after a period away, can be challenging. Some adults may have faced personal setbacks, which can make the journey feel daunting. Others may be ready to take the next step but simply need guidance or the right opportunity. At Prospect Training Services, we understand that every journey is unique, and we're here to support individuals where they are on their path back into the workplace.
Through the Restart Scheme, delivered in partnership with Seetec Pluss, we provide personalised support to help individuals rebuild confidence, develop new skills and take positive steps towards employment. Our team works closely with participants to understand their goals, recognise their strengths and offer practical guidance that makes work feel achievable again.

- A dedicated recruitment professional who will meet with and screen the candidates, discuss the roles in detail and supply employers with potential employees who meet the required criteria for the roles.
