Schools Support

PTS can provide support to schools and their pupils who may need additional career direction or support to re-engage with school life. We have provided a summary of some of the key services we can provide to your pupils while they remain on school roll with you and continue full time education with your organisation.

YOU COULD BE PROGRAMME

The 'You Could Be…' programme helps learners explore their career options and how they can progress into further education, employment or training. This is usually delivered over 3 hours one day a week, over the length of a school term from either the school premises or from our Mill Place Skills Academy in central Gloucester.

The YCB programme is designed to help students explore what they could be and inspire young people to re-engage with learning, progress onto further education, employment or training with help from our specialist tutors.

This course covers:

  • Skills for Work.
  • Skills for Life.
  • Level 1 Award in the Importance of Resilience and Grit qualification.
